Production process:

  4. Dehydration of Dates by preheater at 60 degrees for 30 minutes: Dates are dehydrated using a preheater to remove moisture and concentrate the sugars.
  5. Separation of seed from Dates: The seeds are separated from the date fruits to extract the pulp for liquid sugar production.
  6. Separation of Date’s fiber by filtering: Date fibers are filtered out to obtain a smooth liquid consistency.
  7. 10 to 0.5 Filter for solute isolation – Micron: Micron filters are used to isolate solutes and impurities from the liquid sugar.
  8. Addition of activated Carbon to remove the color pigments at 50 degrees for 30 minutes: Activated carbon is added to the liquid sugar to remove any color pigments and impurities.
  9. Carbon particles will be separated and removed via a vacuum filter: The carbon particles are separated from the liquid sugar using a vacuum filter.
  10. Separation of minerals by resin columns: Resin columns are used to separate minerals from the liquid sugar.
  11. Condensation at 45 degrees: The liquid sugar is condensed at 45 degrees to achieve the desired thickness and sweetness.
